Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to European Regulation 2016/679 (Art. 13) and applicable national laws

We inform you that the personal data you have provided will be processed by Ad Hoc 3D Solutions s.r.l., tax code and VAT number 01134080074, which, as Data Controller, has put in place adequate technical and organisational measures to ensure their protection. I personal information is information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“concerned”). The “treatment” consists of operations carried out using IT tools or on paper to (by way of example and without limitation) collect, organise and store personal data.

The company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

What personal data we process, why we do so (legal bases and purposes) and how long we store it

We process non-sensitive personal data (first name, last name, e-mail address) to enable you to use the services offered by the website www.adhoc3d.com.

1. Contact the data controller: to receive responses to requests for information, suggestions, criticism, assistance with the website's services: provision is optional but, if not provided, it will be impossible for the Data Controller to manage the message.

2. Maintenance of the website and/or other communication channels, ensuring security and checking that they are functioning correctly based on the legitimate interest of the data controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

In case 1, the data will be stored solely for the purpose of managing the message for which it was entered and will be deleted within a maximum of 24 months.

During navigation, the following information (so-called navigation data) may be collected and stored in the log files of the website's server (hosting):

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address;
  • browser type;
  • parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
  • name of the internet service provider (ISP);
  • date and time of visit;
  • the web page from which the visitor came (referral) and the page they left from;

This data is used for statistical and analytical purposes, exclusively in aggregate form.

The IP address is used exclusively for security purposes and is not cross-referenced with any other data.
The data collected by the website during its operation is stored for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities: data (IP address) used for website security purposes (e.g. blocking attempts to damage the website) is stored for 12 months.
Data for analytics (statistical) purposes is stored in aggregate form for 14 months.

Who will know your details?

Personal data may be disclosed to public authorities upon justified request, if such disclosure is required by law. The data may be disclosed to data processors (appointed pursuant to Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679) or authorised or designated internal personnel (Article 29 of EU Regulation – Article 2 quaterdecies of Legislative Decree 101/2018), who have been adequately instructed and trained by the Data Controller for this purpose. The updated list of data processors can be requested from the Data Controller.

Where are your data processed?

The processing will be carried out at the premises of the Data Controller or its Data Processors, on servers located within the European Union, using manual and computerised procedures, in compliance with all the precautions necessary to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information collected. If the data is transferred to a third country or an international organisation, the limits and guarantees provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR will be observed.

What are your rights and who should you contact to exercise them?

In relation to the aforementioned processing, the data subject may exercise all the rights referred to in Articles 15-22 of European Regulation 2016/679 (including: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where this does not conflict with legal provisions or contractual obligations and is technically possible), by contacting the Data Controller by email at info@adhoc3d.com.

It is also always possible to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. www.garanteprivacy.it.

With regard to the processing of personal data based on consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw such consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the withdrawal.
