The complex, developed in multiple phases between <strong>1898 and 1958<\/strong>, extends over a vast area of significant architectural complexity, characterized by buildings constructed in different periods and with diverse techniques. Within the framework of the <strong>urban regeneration project<\/strong> that is bringing new life to this symbol of Italian industry, it was necessary to accurately <strong>update the entire technical and graphic documentation<\/strong> to support the subsequent phases of design and enhancement.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The \u201cad hoc\u201d solution\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">We carried out a <strong>complete three-dimensional survey of the site<\/strong>, combining <strong>laser scanning and high-resolution photogrammetry technologies<\/strong> to deliver a detailed and faithful 3D model of the existing conditions.
