The objective was&nbsp;<strong>accurately define the current situation<\/strong>&nbsp;and provide a technical basis for the&nbsp;<strong>design of expansion and upgrading works<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operation required a&nbsp;<strong>detailed and accurate representation<\/strong>&nbsp;of all the main structural elements, to enable targeted engineering analyses and stability checks. It was therefore necessary to acquire data&nbsp;<strong>high-resolution photogrammetric and geometric surveys<\/strong>, keeping operating times to a minimum and without interfering with traffic.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The \u201cad hoc\u201d solution\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have created a&nbsp;<strong>complete 3D model<\/strong>&nbsp;of the viaduct and generated&nbsp;<strong>highly detailed orthophotos<\/strong>&nbsp;of all its main components:&nbsp;<strong>shoulders, deck and elevations<\/strong>.<br>The result is a&nbsp;<strong>accurate and up-to-date digital database<\/strong>, now used as a reference for activities involving:<br><strong>\u2013 structural design and reinforcement<\/strong>,<br>-&nbsp;<strong>periodic monitoring and inspection<\/strong>,<br>-&nbsp;<strong>maintenance planning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">High-precision surveying that combines&nbsp;<strong>operational efficiency, geometric quality and technical value<\/strong>&nbsp;serving the security and evolution of the infrastructure.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div
